Okay, there it is. This weeks weigh-in on 02 June 2011. I am 35 days into the MetaboWise program. Last week my weight was 397.0 lbs. With today's weight at 372.8 lbs. This is a 1 week weight elimination of 24.2 lbs. That brings the grand total weight elimination to 107 lbs in 35 days.
The Century Mark has officially been cracked wide open. Next target to crack is 350 lbs.
