Second Barrier Crumbles
This pretty much says it all. Since last Thursday, 2011 May 19, I have gone from 402.2 pounds to 397 and eliminated an additional 5.2 pounds for a grand total of 82.8 pounds since 2011 April 28. That's 29 days. I am now officially under 400. I am now focusing in on 350.

OOOP's!!
At Bryan's request, I did a second video last night (2011 May 19). During the video, Bryan asks me how long I have been eliminating weight. I inadvertently said I began 28 May so 21 to 22 days. I guess one doesn't think all that clearly when before the camera. I meant to say I began on the 28th of April. The link to the first video is:
Bill Petersen 2011May12
The link to the second video last night is;
Bill Petersen One Week Later 2011May19
The bottom line is that I was down from 419.2 on 12 May to 411.2 pounds on 16 May. An elimination of an additional 8.4 pounds, for a total elimination to that day, of 68.6 pounds. It then went down from 411.2 pounds to 402.2 pounds on the 19th of May for an additional 9.0 pounds, and a total elimination of 77.6 pounds to date. See MetaboWise Log in previous blog post. More to come...

"Eliminate" or "Lose"
I'm doing surprisingly well today. Yes it has been 4 days without the MetaboWise Shakes, but I'm holding my own. I'm feeling better than I have for a long time.
Okay, why "eliminate" my weight, and not "lose" weight. It's a mind thing, and a perspective thing. For example, when you get home from work and you drop your keys to look at the mail, or go to the bathroom, or whatever; sometime later you find you have to run to the store, or some other errand. You want to get your keys, but you forgot where you put them. Oh, no! I've lost my keys! What do you do? You go looking for them, and you search until you find them. The same is true with wallet's, purses gifts you've put away ahead of time for a special occasion, etc. The point is, when you lose something, you go looking for it until you find it again.
My excess pounds are not among those things that I EVER want to have back. I didn't "lose" this weight. I know what happened to it and I don't,..."WON'T" go looking to find it again.
The insidious thing about gaining weight, is that it is usually a pound or two here, a pound or two there, so you are not really aware of what's happening, and how it affects you. It kind of creeps up on you until one day you see your self in the mirror, or find aches and pains you didn't have before. We quite naturally attribute this to getting "older". In the same manner, weight comes off the same way, albeit slower. Again, you tend to only notice in retrospect.
In this case, I have had such a dramatic weight reduction in a very short period, the difference in the way I feel and my ability to move about and just do things has taken me by surprise. More to come...

What do I do when I run out of MetaboWise Product?
It's day two and a half without the MetaboWise Product. It's been ordered and shipped, but hasn't arrived to date. My only choice at this point is to stick to the food choices list. I sense a slow down in progress, but trust that sticking to the plan as much as I can until the Shake's powder arrive will not stop my progress.
It appears that one shakes container has thirty servings, so based on 4 shakes a day, two containers will last fifteen days.
This first time reordering, I waited until I was five days from running out, to order. This is apparently not enough time. I think this next time I will start the reorder process five days into the new order. That will allow ten days for the new product to arrive. We'll see if that works.
Right now, I am feeling better than I have for a long time. I have energy, I'm not weak, lethargic or drawn out, and I am not hungry. That is a unique experience. More to come...
